Nakanoshinbashi Station is only 6 minutes away from Shinjuku, and its easy access is unbelievable. It is not well known to people compared to Nakano-Sakaue Station, but it’s a great area to live in. Although it is close to Shinjuku, the streets are calm and is quite safe. In July 2016, Southern Sports Community Plaza has opened near the property. It is a ward managed sports center, where you can use the gym and indoor swimming pool for a reasonable price! The interior of the property is kept clean and has unique features such as the loft space.
