Application for cancellation must be sent us at least 1 month before the move-out date.
Even though you would like to move out within a month from the day you applied cancellation form, you will be charged a 1 month's fee. - Who takes care of garbage and cleaning?

It depends on a house who throws away garbage.
About cleaning, we provide cleaning service for shared area once a week. - Can I invite my family or friends?

No, you cannot invite anyone who is not a resident for security reason.

You cannot smoke inside the house. Some houses have a smoking space in balcony or rooftop.
- Is there curfew?

No, there isn't.
- Do I need to pay for using washing machine and shower?

No. You can use it for free.

We provide most supplies for living which you would need.

But most of the houses, we provide facilities below.
Bed, desk, curtain, fridge, TV, washing machine, drying machine, microwave, rice cooker, kettle and so on. - Is bedding(futon set, mattress) provided?

No. You have to prepare bedding(futon set, mattress) by yourself, or We provide rental service.
