What is the SA series？？
“SA” stands for shared apartment.
It is an original name which Xross House created and refers to a new type of room which has privacy as if you were living in an apartment by yourself but reduces the rent by sharing common areas with other tenants.
Unlike other typical share houses (actively socializing in a living room with your house mates ), all rooms SA Rooms are private rooms with furniture and home appliances such as a TV, fridge, bed, desk, and storage space. That means you do not have to leave your room except for using the toilet, bathroom or kitchen.
There are two types of Xross House properties, the XROSS series and SA-XROSS series. The main difference between the two is SA XROSS properties do not have a living room.
We recommend this type of property for people who do not want to pay expensive rent and not so keen on socializing in a shared house.
Now, we would like to briefly introduce some of our SA-XROSS series properties！
Shared space
1.KITCHEN
All necessary electric appliances such as microwave ovens, toasters and kettles are provided in the kitchen.
In addition, there are also a set of pots, frying pans and other kitchen utensils. All you need to bring is your favorite dishes and rice bowls when you move in.
With the SA series, all buildings are newly built, so the cooker is also new IH type in most cases.
2.WASHING MACHINES
Washing machines and dryers are free to use.
Because between 2 to 4 washing machines are in one property (It varies according to the number of residents). There are no issues about waiting.
3.TOILETS
Toilet paper, toilet detergent, cleaning brushes, sanitary bags are all provided for the toilet by Xross House.
4.SHOWERS
SA series properties only have showers, but they are free of charge.
5.CORRIDORS
Sizes vary depending on the property, but a cleaning service is operated regularly. Also, there are brooms and vacuum cleaners in common spaces and corridors.
Residents voluntarily clean the property when necessary to keep the property tidy and clean.
Private Rooms
1.BEDS
Beds types vary depending on the property; however most of them have storage space underneath.

No mattresses are provided. Please bring your own mattress. A futon rental service (1000 yen per month) is available. ※A reservation is necessary
2.HANGER RACKS
There are two types of hanger racks, those with and those without drawers.
Basically they are provided for all rooms. Along with the storage under the bed, you can store a considerable amount of clothing.
3.TVs AND FRIDGES
A TV and fridge is provided for each room.
The fridge is big enough for a person living alone and the fridge and freezer sections are separated.
4.DESKS AND CHAIRS
A desk and chair are provided for each room.

5.AIR CONDITIONERs
An air conditioner is installed in all rooms. Relax comfortably no matter temperature outside during the summer or winter. Curtains are also provided for each room.
Now more than ever is a good time, since the SA-XROSS series properties are all newly built house types.
We recommend for those who want to live with a “Small number of people” in a “Clean” house with privacy♪
With Xross House, moving to other property is free. That means moving from a SA-XROSS series to a XROSS series or vice versa is free!
If you are not sure, it’s OK to move in the property on a trial basis and decide the type of property you like later ♪
