Today I brought a big news!
we have opened a new share house which is called XROSS Yoyogi1.
It is the exterior of Xross Yoyogi1.
It is a part of an apartment.
The location is very nice. It is close to Yoyogi station.
Also, it just takes 10 minutes from Shinjuku station.
You can go to anywhere easily from Shinjuku station or Yoyogi station.
If you walk around, there are Harajuku, Yoyogi park, some sightseeing spots nearby.
Then let me introduce the rooms.
There are 5 private rooms.
There are bed, bedding, desk, chair, air conditioner, light and closet in a private room.
You do not need to prepare any furniture.
If you are looking for something cheaper, I would like to recommend you ‘Loft bed type‘.
It looks like a bunk bed, but there is bed on the top and there are desk, chair and some shelves below the bed.
It is much cheaper than private room.
There are plenty of spaces to put your belongings!
Also, clean kitchen, living room, toilet and bath room, we provide nice shared spaces for tenants.
