We stick to good service
In order to make the environment more comfortable, we focus on management system. We have house managers, cleaning staffs, maintenance staffs, house-viewing staffs, auditors and executives to go on tours of inspection, and realized the sextuple management.
We have not only 1but 2 house managers live in the house. So the house can still be managed even if one of them quit or have a vacation.
We also focus on our customer service. In order to improve our service, we take questionnaires.
And also, we provide multilingual service for foreigners.
Besides, we have regularly induction course for our staff.
We also take safety seriously. In order to prevent from equipment failure, we do safety check for every house once a month and once a year.
We also think that housemates are important.
Cooperativity and communication are very important in share house. Therefore, we have age limit which is from 18 to 33 years old. It is good for marketing if we liberalize the age limit and screening, however we want to make every resident lives comfortably, so we do not liberalize the rules.
Encounter is also important.
Now we invite all residents and hold big party twice a year. And we are going to hold more events in the future.
