We have house managers, cleaning staffs, maintenance staffs, house-viewing staffs, auditors and executives to go on tours of inspection, and realized the sextuple management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"phase\">\n<h3 class=\"ht3\"><span class=\"step\">2. <\/span>Two House Managers in House<\/h3>\n<div class=\"img-text\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>We have not only 1but 2 house managers live in the house. In order to improve our service, we take questionnaires.<br \/>\nAnd also, we provide multilingual service for foreigners.<br \/>\nBesides, we have regularly induction course for our staff.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"phase\">\n<h3 class=\"ht3\"><span class=\"step\">4. <\/span>Safety Check<\/h3>\n<div class=\"img-text\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>We also take safety seriously. Therefore, we have age limit which is from 18 to 33 years old. It is good for marketing if we liberalize the age limit and screening, however we want to make every resident lives comfortably, so we do not liberalize the rules.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"phase\">\n<h3 class=\"ht3\"><span class=\"step\">6. <\/span>Party for Resident.<\/h3>\n<div class=\"img-text\">\n<div class=\"text\">\n<p>Encounter is also important.<br \/>\nNow we invite all residents and hold big party twice a year.
